Most leaders do not seek advice as such. What they are really looking for is confidence — confidence that their perspective is sound and that their decisions are directionally right.
Why this creates value
Against this background, my advisory work creates value for you as a leader — professionally and personally — for three reasons:

- Under increasing competitive pressure, the sale of your investment goods or services no longer delivers the results you expect. Your customers express dissatisfaction because their needs are insufficiently reflected in your strategy, and because internal IT and digital systems do not create measurable value from the customer’s perspective.
- Your current “cockpit” — your professional and personal goal-steering system with its familiar metrics — does not allow for smooth navigation. Anticipatory leadership, while remaining grounded in experience, becomes difficult.
